DC Developmental Disabilities Council 2019 Community Forum!

AJE is delighted to share this invitation from the  DC Developmental Disabilities Council with our families.

Hello Community,

The DC Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) is authorized and guided by the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000. This federal law says that we must create a strategic plan every five years and gather feedback on that plan regularly so that we can evaluate how well we are meeting community needs. We also want to make sure we are getting the word out about the work we are doing in the community so that you know what opportunities are available!

So, you are invited to our 2019 Community Forum! This will take place on Wednesday, July 31st from 4-6pm at the Cleveland Park Library, Lower Level Meeting Room. Register to attend at our Eventbrite page here:

If you need any accommodations or language interpretation, please email alison.whyte@dc.gov.

I look forward to connecting with you!
