CHADD Parent Support Group Presentation: “What’s Your Child’s Super Power?” – October 20th
Does ADHD/ADD make your child feel like a fish out of water at school or with friends? Did you know that ADHD gives children special “superpowers” that help them excel throughout life?

Pam Barton, the Chair of the CHADD No. Va/DC Chapter, will facilitate a discussion with children and their parents/caregivers about what struggles get in the way of the child’s “superpowers” and provide an opportunity for the children to discover their special abilities through play and art while having fun with other children with ADHD. There will also be some fun-filled crafts and activities for kids of all ages to help them identify, harness, and embrace their inner superhero!

This special event is free and open to the public! Please RSVP by October 15th to secure a place for you and/or your children. Space is limited and available on a first-come basis!

Date: Sunday, October 20, 2019
Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
