This is a virtual sign language class for adults of all abilities presented by EntryPointDC, the young professionals program of the EDCJCC and the Inclusion Department of the EDCJCC. The class is held on Tuesdays from January 5 – March 9 at 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm (ET) via Zoom. There is a $200 tuition fee.
You’ll be introduced to fingerspelling, Deaf culture, and common signs that will help you communicate with both friends and strangers. Our interactive classes will feature guest speakers, games and songs, and breakout rooms will be used to practice what you’ve learned with others at the same skill level.
