Department of Behavioral Health/DBH and holding them accountable for implementation. Join us in the four-part series of the Early Learning Series as we build up the momentum of achieving racial equity in the for FY22 budget season and budget seasons to come for DC families and children. A budget season that is effectively handled by DC Council members who supports placing fiscal relief into the programs in the B3 law rather than pouring into the business industry and MPD. Preparation is key. Let’s continue to build the capacity of SPACEs In Action leaders to engage with decision makers, media and others to advocate for the revenue we need to make families’ lives better for years to come. Over the course of the series, we will discuss our long-term plan to continue to strategize and create plans to engage impacted people in the campaign to expand access to childcare, health services and raise wages of early learning professionals in Washington D.C.
