Family Voices: Understanding Policy Priorities for Children and Youth with Special Needs

Family Voices

AJE wants to share with our DC families this great resource, Family Voices.  Family Voices is a national family-led nonprofit that champions policies and programs at federal, state, and local levels, to help children and youth with special health care needs and disabilities thrive. Their key policies include on peer-to-peer family support, Medicaid expansion, smoother transition to adult care, and language access.  Families can also explore the Family Voices Legislative Tracker to stay up to date on federal bills. You can search by bill number or keyword, and click to read more details on Congress.gov. Please note: this tracker is for informational purposes only and is not an endorsement for or against any legislation.
