The illustrated cover has a warm peach background with a white, torn-paper-style center panel and the AJE logo near the top. Books, pencils, art supplies, an apple, alarm clock, globe, backpacks, stars, and decorative lines surround the title, “Back-to-School Health Checklists by Disability Category,” and the message, “Ready, Set, Learn!”
