BroadFutures is revolutionizing the way young people with learning disabilities enter the workforce through a holistic training, mentoring and paid internship program.

The program includes 2 weeks of training and 7 weeks of paid internships. To qualify, applicants must:

  • be between the ages of 18 and 26,
  • have a diagnosed/documented learning disability or ADHD,
  • have the cognitive ability to continue higher education,
  • have a high school diploma and be in transition to higher education, be taking a break from educational pursuits or be focusing on workforce development skills,
