SchoolTalk, in partnership with DC Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA), provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) for high school students with disabilities.

These opportunities help students:

Explore careers and postsecondary options
Gain work readiness skills through hands-on learning
Align experiences with IEP secondary transition goals

Available Pre-ETS opportunities include:

Workshops (1–4 sessions on self-advocacy, creative careers, video resumes, etc.)
Creative Career Demo Sessions & Guest Speakers (half-day, hands-on creative career exploration)
Workplace Tours (full-day visits with local business partners)
