Health Literacy and Place-Based Care in DC webinar

The DC Health Matters Collaborative will share more about what DC wants to see the health system tackle related to Health Literacy and Place-Based Care in the last webinar in their four-part series on Thursday, Nov 14 at 2 pm.

A discussion of their assessment findings and examples of our initiatives will be presenters by representatives from Howard University Hospital, Mary’s Center and Sibley Memorial Hospital.
