AJE is delighted to share this information from Imagination Stage about their upcoming Sensory Friendly showing of the Ballad of Mu Lan!

We’re really excited about this one as we are supporting the event with a host of wrap around experiences. Before the show, families can come early to take part in several lobby experiences that teach them about the story and the style of the show. Afterward, we are encouraging folks to stick around for their chance to meet the cast and take part in an “instrument petting zoo” with some of the instruments used in the show.
The show itself is incredible! Produced in the style of Beijing Opera, it’s full of beautiful movement, martial arts, and human moments. I’ve been saying that it has “something for everyone.”
