Distance Learning Plans Available online

As a result of the COVID-18 response and related school closures, schools were not able to meet the legally required number of school days, and needed to request a waiver from OSSE.  To receive a waiver from the requirement that the school year contains a minimum of 180, six-hour instructional days, Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) submitted a distance learning implementation plan and instructional waiver application to OSSE for approval.

OSSE has published all the distance learning plans that were submitted to them here.  Parents may want to review the plans for their child’s school to ensure that they understand what to expect from the school and know what their school told OSSE they would be doing during distance learning.
