Housing help

AJE is happy to share this information from the DC Bar Pro Bono Center for families who need legal support regarding housing.

We are pleased to announce the development of a single point of entry and referral for tenants and small landlords facing residential housing issues in the District of Columbia.

The Landlord Tenant Legal Assistance Network (LTLAN) 202-780-2575 is jointly staffed by Bread for the City, D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center, Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia, Legal Counsel for the Elderly, Neighborhood Legal Services Program, and Rising for Justice.

LTLAN operates 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.  Unrepresented tenants and unrepresented small landlords may call LTLAN to be connected with an attorney who can provide a range of free legal information, advice, and/or representation.
