Call for Participants – MoveDC needs input from DC Residents

MoveDC is our Department of Transportation’s long-range transportation plan. It’s
being updated for the first time in six years. It will become MoveDC2021.

The plan determines how the District will prioritize future transportation projects and
improvements. DDOT has expressed its commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for
DC residents. That means it needs to be developed with your input!

The Plan covers many issues…from the condition of sidewalks, to how streets can be
changed to make buses go faster, to how you get around whether walking, rolling in a
wheelchair, driving or riding a bike or scooter.

There are several ways you can participate.

Visit the MoveDC website and take the survey. The website is at wemovedc.org or
https://movedc-dcgis.hub.arcgis.com/. You can find the website’s Equity statement
here: https://movedc-dcgis.hub.arcgis.com/pages/equity. Read about the multi-month
