NCCVEH Focus Group: Vision & Children with Special Needs (age 3-8)

The National Center for Children’s Vision and Eye Health at Prevent Blindness is currently trying to understand the role of vision in the assessment process for special education. They are planning to hold focus groups in January and February with parents who have children with special needs and are ages 3-8 years old who have taken their child/children for eye care for a possible vision disorder (or are receiving on-going eye care). Please note that families of children with any learning need are eligible, as long as your child has received an eye exam or treatment. If this describes you, they would like to talk with you!  The focus group will run for 1 hour and you will receive a gift card to thank you for your participation. Your time is greatly appreciated. Please complete this short survey AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to let them know you are interested in the focus group.
