D.C. Secondary Transition Institute 2021 – May 11th – 14th

SchoolTalk and the D.C. Office of the State Superintendent of Education will host the D.C. Secondary Transition Institute 2021 for local education agencies. Join us for the opportunity to gather resources, connect with each other, and learn together with individuals from across the District working on improving post-school outcomes for students with disabilities.

This year’s Institute will be virtual and centered on College & Career Readiness for Students with Disabilities: Secondary Transition for Inclusive & Equitable Schools.

Dates: Tuesday, May 11, – Friday, May 14, 2021

Time: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (ET)
