New Report Profiles Police-Free Schools

Have you ever wondered what a police-free school would look like?  Well, the National Juvenile Justice Network has some examples to share!

The National Juvenile Justice Network released Police Free Schools which profiles several school districts that recently removed police from their schools. Detailing how communities were able to wage successful campaigns and the types of resources schools have implemented in place of law enforcement, the report highlights how advocates used data and the distinct negative impact of law enforcement on marginalized students, including students with disabilities, to remove police from schools.
