MySchoolDC Partner Bulletin – Upcoming deadlines!!

Important Updates for Families Regarding the 2024-25 School Year Lottery Application

The 2024-25 school year lottery application period has ended, and families can no longer make changes to their school selections. However, you can adjust the ranking of their chosen schools until March 15, 2024, through their family account. Remember that the way an applicant ranks their schools matters

Lottery results will be available on March 29, 2024, via the My School DC family account. Families needing assistance with their results or login information can contact the My School DC Hotline. Those matched with a school have until May 1, 2024 to enroll!

Post-Lottery ApplicationOpportunity for Late Submissions: Post-Lottery Application Information for Families

Families who missed the lottery deadlines can still submit a post-lottery application today, available in English and Spanish. Instructions are provided in Amharic, French, Chinese, and Vietnamese, with multilingual hotline support. These applications are added to school waitlists in the order received, below those who applied by the lottery deadlines, except for applicants with lottery preferences.

However, processing of post-lottery applications begins after My School DC releases lottery results on March 29. Families can check their child’s waitlist positions through their My School DC family account after this date if they submitted a post-lottery application before March 29.
