The DC Developmental Disabilities Council invites community members, self-advocates, families, providers, and partners to provide feedback on the FY2027-2031 State Plan Draft.

Community input is an important part of shaping priorities and goals that support people with developmental disabilities across the District. The public comment period began on May 12, 2026, and will be open through June 25, 2026. See below for several ways to comment on the State Plan Draft, or visit https://ddc.dc.gov/page/2027-2031-ddc-state-plan for more information. 

There will be several ways for people to share their feedback with DDC.
