The Person Center and The Safe Sister’s Circle are hosting free legal clinics weekly and open to all Black and Black Immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence, family violence, and stalking in Washington DC.

In the legal clinics all participants will be able to receive advice and filing support regarding:

Protection order
Anti-stalking orders
Custody
Divorce
Paternity & child support
Title IX filings

Additionally, participants can learn more about their rights regarding:

Title IX matters – rights, benefits & protections as survivors
Criminal cases – what to expect and where YOU stand
Employment Cases- protections available to you
CFSA cases or investigation, pre-neglect charges

To participate in any upcoming clinics throughout the months of August and September 2026, complete this Interest Form! If you would like to refer someone to the legal clinic, if you yourself would like to attend, you are encouraged to complete the form!
