AJE hopes that DC families are able to access appropriate mental health services and support from the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), but in case you run into issues or have a concern, we are happy to share this information about the DBH Ombudsman.  For more information about how to access mental health services, see our earlier blog post here.

Ombudsman Program

WHAT IS THE DBH OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM?
It is a resource for District residents seeking or currently receiving mental health or substance use services
and supports. We assist consumers who may have challenges with DBH and/or its providers.
